What to Expect

Our luxury three bedroom standalone apartment is situated on the most central street, in Edinburgh’s sought after Georgian New Town, Hanover Street. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms that are adorned with hand-selected artwork, custom made throws and pillows.

The living room is equipped with a smart TV system with Chromecast that lets you enjoy all your favourite shows away from home, might that be Netflix or Disney+. Three luxury en-suite bathrooms fitted with rainfall showers completed with ESPA products to indulge in.

The living area, separate from the bedrooms, takes its design cue from the Georgian era – we have created an open communal space for our guests to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen comes with your traditional home appliances such as an induction hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The apartment has a dining area with seating for six people – great for hosting or perhaps kick back in the lounge area and unwind after a busy day shopping.

The property

Hanover Street is located at the heart of the city centre and is the most central street, in Edinburgh’s sought after Georgian New Town. The property benefits from all the advantages of central living with easy access to the city’s main business and commercial centres. Princes Street, George Street, St Andrew’s Square and Multrees Walk provide excellent shopping facilities, while a wide variety of restaurants and other local amenities are all located within easy walking distance.

Pleasant walks can be enjoyed nearby along the Water of Leith walkway, Inverleith Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens while there is convenient road access to the west leading to the city bypass, Edinburgh International Airport and central Scotland’s motorway network. Waverley Train Station is also within a short walk.
